First Aid/CPR/AED/BBP Training Courses
These First Aid/CPR/AED/BBP training courses are intended for corporate first responders in manufacturing, construction, utility, childcare, fitness & personal training as well as other fields. This program covers adult, child and infant skills. First Aid training meets OSHA requirements for First Aid.
EI’s combination training through the American Health & Safety Institute (AHSI), American Heart Association or the Amercian Red Cross is an excellent program choice for CPR, AED, BBP and basic first aid skills that gives participants the confidence to respond in an emergency.
Training is available in multiple formats, including traditional classroom and blended training options. Many of EI’s clients tell us our instructors provide the best training they have ever had in all the years they have been taking CPR.
First Aid/BBP
The First Aid portion of this course is designed for emergency response teams, safety personnel, supervisors and the general public. This course teaches how to respond to breathing emergencies, identifying and caring for bleeding, sudden illness and injuries and techniques for preventing disease transmission.
CPR/AED
This portion of the course prepares the layperson to respond to choking, breathing and cardiac emergencies—and how to use an automated external defibrillation (AED) unit in conjunction with CPR. This course meets the latest 2010 CPR and ECC Guidelines using a combination of instructor and hands-on training.

The instructor was very well prepared and knowledgeable about the material. He kept the class on track and focused. Hands on with AED was very helpful. On behalf of American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI), I want to take this moment to recognize the exemplary performance that you have exhibited in the classroom. Thank you for your hard work and commitment to ASHI and the fine representation of our programs.
