Contract Medical Professionals Needed to Support COVID Rapid Antigen Screening at Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical Facilities
The EI Group, Inc. (EI), a full-service supplier of health, safety, and environmental consulting/training services, has supported our industry client base throughout the southeastern US since 1988. Beginning early 2020, EI refocused our occupational health and industrial hygiene services from the evaluation of workplace exposure to physical agents (noise, airborne contaminants, radiation, etc.) to biological agents, specifically services which minimize the occupational transmission of COVID-19. These services include employee workplace screening to identify employees who are potential coronavirus carriers from their vehicles as they arrive or depart from work. EI’s COVID screening support includes administration of a questionnaire to identify symptomatic employees or those workers who had potential contact with COVID carriers and infrared body temperature screening of industrial employees. As COVID rapid antigen tests finally became available for workplace screening in late 2020, EI responded to the demand by our clients to better identify asymptomatic employees who carry the coronavirus by adding periodic, on-site antigen screening of their workforce.
Based on the demand by our clients for workplace screening of employees, the EI Group (EI) is searching for contract medical professionals to support COVID Rapid Antigen screening at Manufacturing/Pharmaceutical facilities. These professionals include Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Paramedics and First Responders with prior occupational health experience. Qualified candidates must possess the background experience, entrepreneurial initiative, and demeanor to support EI’s continued expansion into consulting services focused on preventing the occupational transmission of COVID.
