RESPIRATORY PROTECTION

OSHA’s Respiratory Protection Standard (29 CFR 1910.134) requires that employees be medically cleared and fit tested before wearing a respirator.  A physician or other licensed health care professional must review the employees’ medical history before respirator usage/eligibility be determined.  EI’s staff of safety and health professionals provide a full complement of respiratory surveillance services to help you comply with the standard and protect your employees.
