About the Presenter
Bill Taylor, CSP
Mr. Taylor is a Senior Safety Specialist at The EI Group, Inc. (EI). He began his safety career 42 years ago and has been consulting for the past 31 years. During this time, he has provided consultative services to a wide range of public and private sector employers from small manufacturers to some of the largest employers in the world. Mr. Taylor has provided services to public sector employers ranging from local and state government to Federal agencies such as The U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Department of Justice. Mr. Taylor is an authorized OSHA Outreach instructor and has been teaching OSHA 10 and 30-hour Outreach courses since 1989. He has also served as a faculty member at the University of North Carolina’s Occupational Safety and Health Education and Research Center since 1989 where he was course creator, Director and lead instructor for the Institute’s 30-hour Fundamentals of Safety course. Mr. Taylor is a Certified Safety Professional and has been a Professional member of the American Society of Safety Professionals since 1980.
